about luxsin audio
Luxsin Audio is a high-end desktop-audio brand launched by the engineering team behind EverSolo, operating as a sub-brand of Zidoo Technology in Shenzhen. It carries over the parent group's streaming and DAC experience into dedicated desktop DAC and headphone-amplifier hardware, positioned a step above the EverSolo line in fit and feature set. The range opens with two CNC-aluminum models: the X9 DAC and headphone amplifier (around $1,099) and the lower-cost X8 (around $699). The X9 is built around an AKM AK4499EX conversion stage, the same class of chipset used in the EverSolo DMP-A8, and adds Luxsin's own impedance-detection system that measures connected headphones and recommends a gain setting, plus an HP-EQ feature that applies hardware-level correction drawn from a large headphone-measurement database. As a new entrant, Luxsin competes in the crowded desktop DAC/amp tier against Topping, FiiO, and Chord's lower range, leaning on the EverSolo team's track record rather than legacy brand recognition. US availability runs through Music Direct, with EU distribution handled by audioNEXT GmbH in Germany. Named-press coverage is already in place, with X9 reviews and writeups at Headfonia, Darko.Audio, 6moons, and Neowin. Engineering and production are based in Shenzhen, China, under the Zidoo umbrella.
