NuPrime Audio was formed in 2014 when NuForce co-founder Jason Lim, working with the original OEM factory, acquired NuForce's high-end product assets and spun them into a standalone brand. The engineering thesis carried over intact: hybrid Class-D amplification that pairs the efficiency and bandwidth of switching output stages with linear input circuitry, aimed at high power density in compact, cool-running chassis.
